Stiefel RP1 INSEKTEN-STOP Gel, 500 ml

Stiefel RP1 Insect-Stop is a highly effective insect-repellent with active tick and insect protection in line with biocide regulations. Stiefel RP1 Insect-Stop gel is particularly suitable for sensitive areas and horses sensitive to sprays as the gel is applied to the horse using the sponge provided. In addition, Stiefel RP1 works without alcohol and can therefore also be used on horses that suffer from eczema.

Its active ingredient saltidin® (icaridin) is almost odourless for us humans and bothers neither people nor horses with an unpleasant smell. Insects, on the other hand, notice such smells and are sent packing by this repellent. When applying Stiefel RP1 to the coat, the volatile properties of the active agent causes a thin, protective fragrance to form, which can last for several hours. The ingredient icaridin® is also very well tolerated by the skin and thus also suitable for riders.

When it comes to proper application of repellents, it is very important to apply them correctly and over the entire surface area: by combining spray and gel, you achieve maximum effectiveness with minimal consumption. The spray is used for larger surface areas, the gel, in contrast, for targeted application under the horse’s belly as well as for the sensitive parts of the head.

Application: spray Stiefel RP1 Insect Stop Gel sparingly onto the required areas of the body. Avoid sensitive parts of the body (eyes, ears, nostrils and mucous membranes). Active protection begins immediately. Insect repellent gel with Icaridin (Saltidin).
