MHS Watertrens Double Broken

Double-jointed water snaffle bit from the brand MHS with loose rings, specially designed for small ponies. A water snaffle is a bit with loose bit rings. This type of bit is generally well accepted because the mouthpiece lies relatively loose in the mouth. The rings are stainless steel and the mouthpiece is copper-colored.

In a double-jointed bit, the mouthpiece consists of three parts. The middle part of the mouthpiece lies flat on the tongue. This creates more pressure on the tongue than a single-jointed mouthpiece. The thicker the middle piece, the more pressure on the tongue. This model is nicely narrow in shape and therefore ideally suited for the small pony mouth. The rings have a diameter of 4.5 centimeters.
